The first quilt is called Haunted House. It measures 37″ x 37″ and the blocks finish at 12″ and 6″. Simple log cabin blocks frame the center applique’, with the cat and bat adding movement to the design. I chose to make the quilt center lighter and the borders dark and bold for interest and contrast.
